How do I report boat damage or lost items?

We do our best to provide you with the tools and resources to make your rental a safe experience, but we understand that sometimes accidents happen. To help us expedite a resolution, be sure to complete and sign the pre and post-rental inspection documents for each rental and be prepared to submit them to Geico Marine.

TO REPORT A CLAIM, 7 DAYS A WEEK: 1-855-408-BOAT (2628)

In the event of an accident:

  • See to the welfare of any injured people.
  • Do not discuss fault or cause.
  • Notify the appropriate local officials.
  • Call the claims department immediately.
  • Gather the names and as much contact information as possible for the owners and people aboard any boats involved in the accident.
