How do I pay for a rental?

To reserve a boat, simply select the dates you wish to use the boat and click "Request to Book" (pictured below).

From there you can review the reservation details, include your payment details and send a brief note to the boat owner. If you have a valid coupon, make sure to include it during the checkout process in the "Enter Promotional Code” box. Once completed, just click "Confirm & Book" (pictured below).

When submitting a booking request, your card may be authorized for a charge. An authorization is a pending charge or hold on a payment account. It is not a true charge. The charge is completed only if a booking request is approved. If the reservation request is declined, the authorization (including service fees) is not processed.

If your saved credit card information is already entered on the payment page, you can always use a different card to complete your payment information. We do not store any bank information on our own servers, and we use SSL encryption to submit your credit card details securely to our payments processing partner. All payments are handled via Stripe.

To view your booking receipt, click View Itinerary on your Renter Dashboard and scroll down to the "Payment" section (pictured below).
