How do I send a message to an owner?

If you would like to ask some questions before submitting a booking request, you can send a message to an owner through the Boatbound messaging platform. Simply click the "Message Owner" button located beneath the boat details on the listing page (pictured below).

You will then be prompted to choose the "Start Date", "End Date" and include a short message. We recommend including some information about the potential trip (number of people, trip destinations, estimated pickup time, etc.). When the request has been completed, click "Send Message" (pictured below).

Upon receiving a message, you will see a new notification in the top right corner. Click the notification or go straight to your Messages to view the message.

In addition to viewing the message on the site, you will also receive a text & email notification alert.
