How do I view & send messages?

After you've received a message from a potential renter, you'll see a new notification in the top right corner (pictured below). Simply click the notification or go straight to your Dashboard to view the message.

From there you can view to the conversation, "Pre-Approve" the renter or "Decline" (pictured below).

In addition to viewing the message on the site, you will also receive a text and email notification alert. However, make sure you respond to all messages and booking requests as this affects your response rate. Your response rate is a percentage that denotes how responsive a boat owner is to inquiries and reservation requests.
