How can I tell if my booking is confirmed?

Once a booking has been approved, you will receive an email & text notification confirming the approved booking. The email will contain a copy of the On-Board Document , including both parties contact information, as well as additional details of the rental.

Make sure to confirm pick-up time, location and safety procedures (life jackets, operating instructions etc.) either via phone or the message thread prior to the rental.

If you are curious to know whether or not your booking is approved in our system and you have not received a confirmation email from us, you can head to your Owner's Dashboard to check.

To do this, you will sign into your account, click "Owner's Dashboard" on the top of the page, then scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see "Approved Bookings". If the booking is not there, there may be some sort of issue with the renter's payment, insurance problem, or the renter has not booked the boat yet. If the booking is there, the renter has been charged and your payout is set to go.
